If you ask Alissa, she will give you a speech about the wine from this region and the beautiful memories we have made while sipping the rich and full-bodied drops from this territory. The picturesque drive from Milan to Nieve is an experience in itself, but when you arrive in this authentic Italian village, particularly at harvest time, the smell of ripe grapes on the vine and local delicacies in the market will bring you back over and over again.

          And what better bag to carry as you explore this ultimate Italian wine region than our Neive tote. This bag is a nod to our ever-popular Petite Parisian but with a chic yet casual flare. The horizontal stitching and puffy leather look create a fun twist on this classic design.           Extended Mother's Day Returns: If your order was placed between 19th of April and 13th May 2024, you qualify for extended returns, and can return your item(s) up until 20th May, 2024.

          We hope you love your product, but if for any reason you don’t, you can exchange or return your purchased items for store credit or a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

          Extended Christmas Returns: If your order was placed between 14 Nov and 25 Dec, you qualify for extended returns, and can return your item(s) up until 1st January, 2023.

          12-Month Warranty

          All our products come with a 12-month warranty. Our warranty covers fault in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. If in the unlikely event this is the case, we will replace or repair your product!

          Our leather products are made with the best quality full grain leather. This is a natural product and each piece is unique. No piece will be exactly the same as another and some may have natural markings and character which are not faults, but show the natural quality. Full grain leather is made to last a long time and to get better with age. Colour fading or darkening, marking and stretching as a result of regular usage, all add to the character of your bag, they are not considered a fault. More about our warranty

          This warranty does NOT apply to items purchased in a “Seconds Sale”. These items cannot be returned for any reason. These items are classified as seconds due to not passing our high quality control standards.

          About our leather

          Our leather is the best quality full grain cow hide and is sourced from Australia and Europe. It is is custom tanned to our specifications using Italian techniques and products.

          Our bags are designed by us in Sydney, Australia and shipped from our warehouse and flagship store in Sutherland in the south of Sydney. Read our story

          Our leather is tanned and our bags manufactured in a family run factory in Pakistan. They are very proud of their skill with leather which has been passed down through generations!

          We have endeavoured to provide web images of our leather products that closely match their actual colours but due to the differing colour settings of computer, phone and tablet displays, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will exactly match what you receive.

          Leather care

          Our bags are crafted with full grain leather (the best quality and strongest type of leather) and in their most natural state it is best to protect the leather using one of the many leather care products on the market. We like leather conditioner as it protects and conditions the leather. We have found creams and leather rubs work much better on our leather, rather than sprays. More about leather care.

          You may find that good old fashioned warm water on a damp cloth and a gentle rub will get rid of any marks!And be sure to let it air dry! There are also some great leather cleaning products you can purchase and we have had some success cleaning off marks with an “authentic art eraser”. Pressing the art eraser over and over onto the marks sometimes removes them completely!
